What are the reception hours?
The reception is open every day from 8:30 AM to 9:30 PM.
What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is possible from 12:00 PM, giving us the necessary time to prepare the room in the best possible way. On the day of departure, the room will be available until 10:00 AM.
Can I bring my pet with me?
Of course: we welcome them gladly. Pets are part of the family, and we understand that you don’t want to leave your four-legged friend at home, so pets are welcome here. Our little cocker spaniel Diana will greet them! Please note that pets are not allowed in the dining room and children’s area.

Do you accept checks?
No, payment can be made by Visa and Mastercard credit cards, cash (up to โฌ2,999.00), and bank transfer (3 working days before departure).
What are the cancellation terms? What if I have to cancel the vacation?
Don’t worry, if you need to cancel the reservation up to 7 days before the arrival date, the deposit paid will be frozen, and you will receive a voucher to use for a future stay during this or the next season;
- 6 days before arrival, the deposit will no longer be refunded;
- in case of early departure or late arrival, a charge of up to 3 nights of the room rate may be requested as indicated by the “Hotel Practices and Customs” of the Chamber of Commerce of Imperia.
Is there a tourist tax?
Starting from 01/04/2019, a tourist tax has been introduced in Diano Marina. It has been set at โฌ1.00 per day per person, applied to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights. Children under 14 years old are exempt. All quotes do not include the tourist tax.

Do you have parking?
Yes, we have a private outdoor parking area, included in the Formula Style.
Is the beach included?
No, the beach is an affiliated service; you can contact the establishment directly. We recommend booking in advance.
Can I freely access the pool?
Sure, our pool is available for free to guests. It is open from May to September from 9:30 AM to 12:30 PM and from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM.
Do you have an entertainment service?
Yes, our entertainment is included for all types of stays and involves children from 3 to 10 years old. Our entertainers take care of the children for 7 hours a day, from early June to mid-September and during holidays.
My child is under 3 years old, are there services designed for them?
For children from 0 to 3 years old, you will have safe spaces with soft toys available. For an exclusive service, you can book a paid babysitter.

What time is lunch and dinner?
Lunch time is from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM, and dinner from 7:30 PM to 8:30 PM.
Do you offer menus for vegetarians, celiacs, or intolerant people?
Of course, we can prepare variations on the menu. Vegetarians will find fresh products for both lunch and dinner. Inform us of your diet when booking, and we will do our best to meet your needs. However, we note that we do not have a separate gluten-free kitchen.
